I worked at Karsh/Hagan full-time for more than a year
A great, dynamic group of coworkers. Brag-worthy clients. Good portfolio builders.
Massive COVID layoffs (about 1/3 of the company) and the remaining workforce saw 20% pay cuts—remember that when they start hiring again. People are not valued over money here. Below average pay.... Pay raises above 2% are considered "generous". Toxicity in creative department culture. Driving your employees to tears is no way to lead. Unless you have a manager that vouches for you and truly has your best interests in mind, you and any work you do will be lost in the shuffle. Teacher's pets receive bulk of the praise.
Advice to Management
Come into the new age where people and talent are valued over money and clout. There are plenty of firms and agencies in CO that offer their employees better pay, better benefits, unlimited time off..., etc. and are still producing ground-breaking award-winning work. And you could probably use some fresher and younger perspectives in management.
