I have been working at Laureate Education full-time for more than a year

Pros

Overall the culture is really good, staff members are very passionate and motivated and Laureate's mission 'Here for Good' is entrenched in a lot of the company events, activities and behaviors.

Cons

Rapidly changing environment which can be a great challenge but also can result in some disruptions and people turnover

love the new strategy see how I can contribute it's exciting where we are going staff are on board

took too long to understand how lecturers fit into the changes we don't always get the full picture of change

keep doing these meetings and keeping us informed we want to contribute and play are part as we are passionate about our students and their success
