Former Contractor - Team Assistant

I worked at Lendlease for more than 5 years

Pros

Loved this firm, great team buddies, that become more friends than just work colleagues. Interesting work environment - no two days the same, great benefits, daily fruit and yoghurt supplied and... often yummy left-over sandwiches from internal meetings. You don't feel like you're working, I found it very stress-free environment, and lots of interesting activities to get involved in. More of a lifestyle than a job.

Cons

When contracts end, there is no other place to go.

Advice to Management

Ensure you keep your good staff, don't let the good ones go.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Prospa full-time for less than a year

Pros

Most people are very passionate about what they do Cool office Good perks such as free food and lots of events A fast growing business so lots of new opportunities. Co founders are still really... accessible

Cons

Some managers are not as good as others The fast pace may not be for everyone Decision making is sometimes not clear or we’ll communicate

Advice to Management

Keep going, change is good
