Featured Review

Former Intern - IS Intern

I worked at MaineHealth for more than a year

Pros

I worked in a great team with great culture. Amazing superiors shielded team from productivity scrutinization from upper management. In terms of IS/IT - it's a great place for an intern to start.... Lots of people willing mentor and share their experience. Great intern program.

Cons

I can only speak to the IS side. I've heard about a few negative experiences in the hospital system and had some myself. I was outside of work with a family member in the hospital.

Advice to Management

More career development programs within IS. - Great work with OpEx - Be more vocal about social justice
