If you want to work hard and you're passionate about your job, this is the place to do it. All the support and training is there for you and you're set up for success. Both the owners are hands on... in the business and have been successful recruiters in their own right. They offer ongoing training and support to all employees. There are no restrictions on your market and in my case I was able to choose what I wanted to do - even though it meant a change in market - and was supported in developing a new area for the company. Culture and rewards are generous and achievable.

Cons

Only Matt can make a decent brew, and somehow always managed to avoid a dice roll!
