Intelligent and supportive people Opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects outside of your usual remit Sense of pride within the business Excellent parental leave policies One of... the best work/life balances I've experienced

Cons

There is a lot of middle management. If you aren't able to context switch or don't like working on multiple things at once, it might not be the environment for you. If you like variety and... challenging yourself, then it definitely is for you!

Continue to be transparent and keep open the lines of communication with the rest of the business.
