I have my dream job, so hard for me to consider cons.-:)

Pros

A variety of jobs to choose from for different careers in healthare. Many jobs are entry level or just require some form of certification to be qualified. Afterwards, they offer a various amount of... jobs where you can go up the ladder either in a management or clinical setting. They have tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and great benefits (part-time and full-time only).

Cons

For certain support staff roles (or in general) it does not have the most competitive pay and that is because they have so many resources available for their staff. Depending on the years of... experience as a Telemetry Technician will determine how much gets paid compared to their coworker(s). Other hospitals/facilities might pay more hourly for the same position, but for other reasons.
