Lots of opportunities to learn and flexibility to build your own career A place full of people who you want to work with - Quantium prioritises hiring the right personalities as much as or more than... hiring the right skill sets CEO is a clear leaders and communicates his vision as openly as possible Great reputation - people know Quantium as a leader for data analytics in Australia
Cons
Still a growing companies with some unclear structures (as expected), working part time can leave you a little out of the loop as you are not involved in performance reviews, etc.
