Advice to Management

Good Employee is a Treasure, So Please " Care "

Current Employee - Sales Operations

I have been working at GlaxoSmithKline full-time for less than a year

Pros

Overall culture is improving. - Flexible working hours and working remotely. - Health and Well-being focused (Free Massage, Health Checks, Boxing class, and Lunch Walk group) - Weekly... Morning Tea (Lots o' food) - Social Event (Xmas in July, Oktoberfest, R U OK day) - A shift towards to digital solutions - You will be surrounded with smart, hard-working people. - Decent Pay - EAP - Novated Lease

Cons

- Many forms to fill even for a simple access request - Long turnaround time (good luck if your support team is overseas) - Not agile (yet) as a company - Site is quite remote (lack of food... options mainly) - Politics can still be felt and visible (inevitable in a company of GSK's size) - Won't push you to grow unless you are proactive about it.

Advice to Management

Leadership Team should not have favorites towards their subordinates and be objectives; open to feedback from all departments. I have seen people who talks big with no action gets promoted and... kept as a manager. But, you're doing a good job navigating through the JV process.
