Featured Review

Former Employee - Senior Consultant

I worked at Nous Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Focus on positive impact projects, great social culture, leadership are predominantly accessible and supportive

Cons

Some subconscious preference towards extroverts in resourcing and promotions, not as established in practice or approach as larger top-tier consultancies

Advice to Management

Keep working on establishing intentional culture as the company grows, explore and design for accidental bias towards more extroverted employees during resourcing and performance appraisal rounds

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Max Finance full-time

Pros

Upfront and transparent managers Competitive remunerations No office politics

Cons

Not based on Sydney CBA (Could be longer travel time for some staff)
