Featured Review

Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at Philip Morris International full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

A company that cares for its people and looks after them with interesting work, good careers, above market salaries, and excellent (though slowly dwindling) additional benefits.

Cons

Working in a declining industry is tough. Redundancies are now a fact of life at Philip Morris.

Current Employee - Account Manager

I have been working at Rothmans, Benson & Hedges full-time for more than a year

Pros

Exposure to various brands and industries which builds one into a well-rounded marketer

Cons

No boundaries, you are expected to work around the clock 7days a week, lots of responsibilities for very little pay, HR is non-existent

Advice to Management

This is a great company that is adamant on flouting processes and draining great talent. HR needs to learn about talent retention.
