Pros

We have equally talented artists and it's interesting to see different outcomes for every project.

Cons

We never get credit for what we produce here. What we do is produce whatever we can according to client requirements then they will choose from our work. There's no acknowledgement if your work got... chosen or even any kind of bonus.

Advice to Management

Give at least some acknowledgement for our work.
