The people, the ideas, the challenge to disrupt the way organisations design, analyse and monitor their organisations. Supportive leaders who balance employee development with performance targets.... Highly collaborative and fairly flat structure.

Cons

Aspects of start up mode as product is ramped up and global presence expands. Must embrace some ambiguity to be successful.
