Unfortunately in Australia there are very few pro's. A couple of times a year there are good employee discounts
Needs to be a change in senior management - until this happens unfortunately the business can not progress. Out of touch with our customers and continually make decisions that lose business. Very... limited opportunities for advancement.
Advice to Management
You need to change the culture - there is no more team work within the business. Too segmented and nobody wants to help each other out. This is Australia, not the United States. The business should... not be run or mirrored like it is in the States as it we are a completely different market and culture.

Not many job opportunities in Sales, little incentive to rotation: employees tend to keep their job for a long, very long time, sometimes for 10, 15 or more years. For a varied career, prefer... operations based jobs, usually large sites>500 people.
