Hours are gruesome, diverse skin colour and accent but background is generally posh, private school etc

Pros

Great team of lawyers who have minds as big as planets, very down to earth people who are generous with their time, partners are extremely humble and do not have big egos even though most of them are... Harvard or Yale grads with impressive backgrounds. Generous pay and benefits. Fantastic kitchen and staff functions.

Cons

Not much, just very U.S. focused. Work is extremely challenging at times but also makes you learn a lot which is good. There can be very stressful times where lots of deadlines are due, but everyone... is very understanding of each other during these times.
