First ever role in recruitment was told that I would have support during my interview, to which ended up being a complete lie. No support even if you do have experience. All they care about is... KPI’s No social life If you have a family, then don’t join as the is 0 flexibility for that. No support of you are new, will be thrown to pillar to post with no one actually wanting to help you. From my experience of being here, a lot of whispering was done and it all seemed too dodgy, courts were mentioned from employees that have been at the company and have now left. Overall wouldn’t not recommend this company for anyone who’s wanting to get into recruitment or anyone with experience, the moment you don’t reach all of your KPI’s then they will simply get rid of you, they don’t want to hear any explanation whatsoever!
