Advice to Management
There is too much finger-pointing and not enough personal accountability within the current IS Leadership and it is long overdue for a complete shakeup. Keeping current leadership in place will... perpetuate the stagnation that is holding this business segment back from innovation and cost-savings; Two Sutter Values that lead to better outcomes for the patience served.

It's great to offer Vitas services to the physicians offices and hospitals. Vitas is the best in caring for your love ones. The nurses and the caregivers are amazing,they really care!
Stressful job due to pressure from your manager. 1st time you don't hit your monthly goal the rep will get verbal warning. 2nd month you don't hit your goal the rep will get written warning, 3rd... month is final written warning and 4th month the rep is out! The turnover for this job is fast, Vitas can't hold on to great Reps due to pressure given by the management. Once the rep hits the goal on a monthly basis, the manager will increase your goal the following quarter not considering a lot of factors. I loved doing my job as a Vitas but the unreasonable pressure is too much!
Advice to Management
Be considerate of your Reps, don't give them unreasonable goals to achieve!
