Current Employee - Senior Lecturer

I have been working at Think Education Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

love the new strategy see how I can contribute it's exciting where we are going staff are on board

Cons

took too long to understand how lecturers fit into the changes we don't always get the full picture of change

Advice to Management

keep doing these meetings and keeping us informed we want to contribute and play are part as we are passionate about our students and their success

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at St Vincent’s & Mercy Private Hospital full-time

Pros

The theory behind the Ethos was good, made to feel welcome by the head honchos at the company induction days. You were made to feel like your practice made a difference & you were important to them... & trhey had the same ethics as you did.

Cons

Management at the lower levels was the same old story do what they want to do & don't worry about the rest of us slaves. It was the classic case of favoritism all over again.

Advice to Management

Make sure that what the top brass are spouting out transfers down to the middle & lower management levels.
