Coming from a small company where you had to work a lot by yourself to now BRCC is phenomenal! Teamwork and collaboration are out of this world, and on top of that, communication is so important too!... Everyone works well together. Also, for the work you do, it feels as though you are making a difference. The culture and values of the company are so strong and evident in everything that BRCC does that it makes me proud to be apart of this company. We give back as much as we can! Lastly, compensation, benefits, and balance. I think I get paid well for what is somewhat considered entry-level. Plus, the benefits are phenomenal and they take care of you from head to toe. Now, long hours are sometimes necessary but don't ruin the balance between what you do in and out of work. You get the help you need to avoid working too long as much as possible, but at the end of the day, it's not a problem because you love your job.
There is a lot to do and at the beginning it can seem overwhelming, but in do time, you will get the hang of your position and start to crush it! (Not that much of a con, you just hit the ground... running!)
