I have been working at US Navy full-time

Pros

Flexible with a high degree of variety

Cons

Long periods being away however this is far outweighed by the benefits.

I have been working at Air Force Reserve part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great opportunity to join AFROTC and get college paid for.

Cons

May have some extra time after commissioning, they often may not give you job right after graduation.
