Former Employee - IT Help Desk Technician

I worked at University of New England full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

great pay, not stressful , lovely people -staff and students

Cons

remote location not much to do outside of work

Current Employee - Patient Service Representative

I have been working at Martins Point Health Care full-time

Pros

Coworkers, learning experience and the occasional department lunches.

Cons

Management treats employees like children and always watching you every second of your shift. Even though many of us have more experience and schooling than them.

Advice to Management

Stop treating employees like they are in grade school, stop breathing down necks and maybe let them have more than one ten minute break to get to know coworkers a little bit.
