Featured Review

Current Employee - Consumer Service Specialist

I have been working at the LEGO Group full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Flexible working Great benefits Warm hearted people and strong sense of community Relaxed atmosphere Seeing people's face light up at parties when I answer the classic "where do you work?"... question.

Cons

The busy season is over the holidays (obviously!) Sometimes there's communication silos between some departments, but people are genuinely doing their best to improve things.

Advice to Management

Carry on with the leadership playground!

Former Employee - Project Manager/Engineer

I worked at Lego Construction full-time for more than a year

Pros

Working at LEGO you will be working with a team of caring and hard working individuals who have a collaborative no-ego involved approach to everything they do.

Cons

Growing pains... Lack of communication from upper management, and overall lack of organization. You get plucked out of a project without an explanation or feedback. Training for the role could also... be bettered. Despite all this the company is still great and just needs to make some adjustments.

Advice to Management

Opening channels of communication and making sure you set time apart to take employee feedback on a regular basis (and implement change based on that feedback) will help employees feel heard and help... address organization issues.
