Does BAT offer a quarterly bonus?
Pros
Departmental Team bonding and company-wide team bonding Christmas gifts Quarterly bonus for junior staff and huge yearly profit share for senior staff
Cons
No career prospects for staff who are management trainees. Unfair treatment melted out to junior staff Segregation between junior and senior staff Hazardous work environment. Most especially PMD. Poor salary
Advice to Management
Create a level playing ground for all employees. Avoid segregation among junior staff, senior staff, and management trainees. Improvement of workers salaries most especially the junior staff. Stop paying meager quarterly bonuses to junior staff and be paying senior staff a huge profit share at the end of the year. Either the company pays a quarterly bonus to all employees or pays a profit share to all employees. They all contributed to the success of the company.
