Great team and a lot of fun events, many benefits and bonuses, flexible schedule, several opportunities to learn and develop, both through trainings and various projects. In general, good work-life balance
Cons
Uncompetitive salaries, hard to get a promotion, inflexible structure and bureaucratic environment, which makes hard to improve/change things
