Managment is young and is really good at looking busy while micro managing the grunt work. In porting you are a glorified customer service agent with a different title. You take inbound calls from customers who treat you like a doormat. Strict phone schedule so there isn't much flexibility at all for your work day. You will have to work odd hours until 8pm. Pay is very low for the amount of work that is done. Considering this job is a main lifeline to keep the company going. Little career development. When things get tough your on your own. What is the retirement plan like at Bandwidth?

Pros

Free health insurance premiums. 90 minute lunch for exercise. Young culture

Cons

Forced return to office at peak of pandemic with masks optional. Masks were actually disallowed at one point. CEO prays before every meeting. No bonus or stock purchase plan, average 401k match.

Advice to Management

The pros and cons are both driven by the CEO. He brings a good culture but tries to pray away covid and implies weakness for those who disagree with in-office work. You should embrace WFH for employees that prefer it. We're in the business of distance communications yet we're forced to work in person. Stop praying at meetings. You can't call yourself inclusive and ostracize other religious/non-religious employees at the same time. Let your employees invest in the company and mission by creating an employee stock purchase plan.

No bonus or stock purchase plan, average 401k match.
