Does Berkshire Hathaway offer a daily bonus?

Pros

The ability to meet wonderful real estate agents

Cons

Cliques, fraternization, no overtime, no room for advancements, Performing additional job duties instead of hiring help. The pay is minimum wage, with degree expectations.

Advice to Management

Remain unbiased. Get to know your newer staff and make them feel apart of the team. Don't allow your tenured employees to harass other staff members; while sitting there.
