Does CNA offer relocation assistance?

Pros

Good benefits package Some nice people Beautiful office

Cons

No progression opportunities for inside people, all vacancies filled with people from outside Very depressing atmosphere Nepotism, favouritism, some form of bullying. No achievements are ever enough.

Advice to Management

Stop hiring people from outside and give the insiders a chance. Overcome the favouritism and be fair to people Speak the truth as it is, stop covering it with graphs and numbers Care about people that care about your company. Stop acting defensive when people are smarter than you!

Does CNA have a pension plan?

Pros

9% pension to you free Underwriters will help you if you keep it hidden from your office manager

Cons

Management will bully you and havent a clue on what the job requires. Lack of progression - No job opps Managers will talk about you behind your back Will make you turn your personal phone into a work one. No training guides - if you mess it up its your fault Will hire from outside the company not inside.

Advice to Management

Understand your staff and understand the job - They've been the worst managers ive ever had.

Does CNA offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

Good place to learn. Good work life balance. Pay is middle-grade. Supportive of moving around the company to get a variety of experiences.

Cons

Pay is middle-grade. It is an old insurance company so there are lots of legacy things that are slow.

Advice to Management

Continue focus on learning and development.
