Perhaps listen to the ones dealing with the actual problems and work with them to enforce intelligent solutions

Pros

Great competitive pay, great benefits package but a bit pricey if it’s you have dependents. Huge on work/life balance. Team leads and management team are supportive

Rotation schedule. The selection is based off of customer feedback from surveys which is fair but there could be a better variety of shifts

They are able to work around a college students schedule. The pay is decent enough for a college student if you are applying to just be a part time sales associate. They are very inclusive.

Cons

This isnt a downside to just H&M but any retail company: the clientale is very hard to work with and it is very easy to become exhausted mentally and physically. The loyalty program that is pushed at H&M is reasonable but they could definitly improve on how the program works so it is more client friendly.
