Innovit has a genuine, caring culture where everyone works as a team. Although doing the job remotely, they have given flexibility to work in such a way that work-life blend, and well being.
Cons
Couldn't find any at the moment. If you have challenges or make mistakes they work with you and seek understanding first. A process framework, if incorporated, can optimize the process performance in future.
