Pros

Good company with a great work culture. Management is supportive of our chosen career path, willing to listen and attentive to issues raised by employees. Cohesive team where individuals have great work ethics. It's possible to be passionate at work while still maintaining a good work-life balance.

Cons

Easy to get carried away at work & lose sight of work-life balance, as most people are really passionate about what they do at Innovit. But this is not something imposed, but rather a by-product of the work culture. The choice is there, and every individual has a say to how much they want to contribute.

Pros

Company leadership has great vision and there are good people who work here. Everyone does what they can to help you out. Nobody is ever left just trying to figure it out themselves (you just have to ask). You can carve out your career path and become an expert in what you want to do. Company leadership is supportive in helping people grow into what they want.

Cons

Not enough people around to do the work. People have to be able to help in multiple ways within the organization. Sometimes there are odd hours as you work in a global team environment.

Advice to Management

Continue to inform the team of what other team members are working on and praise the successes as they come. Let's also focus on key use cases in the industries that are near and dear to our hearts and continue to build on those use cases and become experts at them before moving into additional use cases.
