What is the company culture like at Lexicon?
Pros
The efficiency of the interview process was amazing. The process was streamlined from recruitment, to the interview all the way to the onboarding process. They conduct a three part interview - initial, practical and final interview with their directors. From my end, the entire activity happened in one week and was executed seamlessly with enough notice. Feedback was given after each stage which as helpful. Onboarding process gave me an idea of what is expected of the role. The culture is definitely topnotch, and I can see that aside from the pay the experience and connections you make is well worth it. During our induction the directors spoke about the company values and to set the tone how to work and collaborate together.
Cons
The company is growing exponentially, I hope they can keep the quality of their hiring and onbaoridng processes as well as their company culture.
