- pay is average - very focused on certain stacks, so be prepared to learn on the job if you're not familiar

Good mentorship program, variety of projects, positive and inclusive culture. Management genuinely want to improve the culture. Clear pathways to progress career.

As the company is growing so fast there are a few teething issues but they are actively working on resolving these.

If you want to be challenge in your career, work with the smartest people in the industry this is a place for you. I guess if you just want a job and not looking to stretch yourself this place is probably not for you.
