Does MemorialCare offer sponsored degrees?
Pros
Good benefits. Good insurance, low cost. Decent dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, and 401k match, uniform allowance.
Cons
pay rate is based off years of experience however low paying. You may be asked to float to other offices if short staffed. You May work in all departments in your facility. You May take on many roles.
Advice to Management
Provide higher pay and better bonuses especially for employees who take on many roles and assist in multiple departments. Other companies pay more. Listen to your employees who work directly with patients on a daily basis.
Decent dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, and 401k match, uniform allowance.

Does MemorialCare assist with or provide childcare?
Pros
Two patients per tech, adult and pediatric patients, 3/12s. Great benefits, especially medical, PTO was great, and management was flexible with scheduling.
Cons
Not a con, however, work standards are higher than your independent sleep labs.
Advice to Management
Great management - management was spread thin at the time and could use some help.

Does MemorialCare offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?
Pros
Great culture and supportive leadership across the entire enterprise. The org really put's the employees at the center of many of their decisions. They recently made a significant investment in wages benefits, favoring the employees!
Cons
Nothing isolated to MemorialCare, but same sort of challenges faces in other healthcare systems

Keep doing what you're doing!
