Salary is good Professional people

Cons

Amount of work is insane Every week few people are leaving and nobody cares Management only care about getting new clients licenses and benefits, nothing else.

Advice to Management

Ask you employees how they feel about their work time to time, review your teams headcounts and the amount of work they have

You're given support when needed but more importantly you are trusted as an expert in your role and given the bandwidth to be creative.
