1. Your performance is not rated according to what you have done, but rather how good you are friends with your manager and manager of your manager. 2. Some remarks about diversity and inclusivity, my manager started asking me some indirect questions if I was taking maternity leave, which was not in my plans at all. Then when I asked and confronted her, she just turned tables around and blamed me for such questions (!)

Advice to Management

I'd like to suggest looking closely at those who have worked more than 10-20 years at the company. It is possible that they are not on the same page as Company's current organizational culture.
