Diverse Culture encouraging all employees to contribute their best Excellent pay and benefits Best ethics (PVP) displayed by every employee Great bonus at director level with eligibility up to 15% bonus (can increase or decrease every fiscal year based on company and individual business unit performance) New levels (“retitling”) starting July 1, 2020 very satisfying matching industry standards based on level of responsibility

Career advancement to senior director and VP level can be slow (due to limited positions) Continue to be agile and rapidly responsive to very dynamic and constantly changing market trends and threats

Cons

Very competitive Super long hours (8 am to 10 pm on weekdays, and a few hours on weekends)

Advice to Management

Stand up and speak up for CA consumers and employees Try not to be a satellite office executing US strategy that doesn't fit CA demographic

Cons

Innovation moves slow, everything comes down to $$, unclear strategy that makes your work feel unimportant, depending on what function you're a part of you will be treated/valued differently, silos galore, after you reach a certain point in your career you are just a people manager to deal with politics and budget
