How is management perceived at Prospa?

Pros

Some very friendly coworkers. Nice location. The pay is great and is almost worth the cons. Almost.

Cons

I think you will find there are some very aggressive staff and managers there. Had a personal experience of bullying there and the managers backed up the aggressor, who was clearly and evidently in the wrong, seemingly due to the person being a higher position in the company. The CEO's had turned a blind eye. Good place to work sometimes, it is however completely ruined by the above. You may as well be working in a tank of hungry sharks with a blindfold on. You'd have a better experience.

Advice to Management

Don't promote bullies to management? Don't ignore your staff when things don't go your way or throw a temper tantrum.
