How is management perceived at PwC?

Pros

Good benefits, smart people, Tim Ryan is great

Cons

The better you do the more work you are given and the less time you have without any significant increase in pay, eating hours and the budget are a top priority, there is really limited opportunity for lateral mobility among groups once you get started in one group, managers are not given adequate management training, turnover is high

Advice to Management

Increase pay to decrease turnover, the tone at the top is great (Be Well, Work Well, Flexing, etc.) but this is not practiced or supported by managers
