What are some insights into the strategy or vision at PwC?

Pros

Great people and corporate responsibility. Well built system

Cons

Brutal hours. Tech issues due to bloat. Pushing overseas model that is useful, but is causing lots of problems. Excessive expectations. Too much non work requirements. Push unrealistic deadlines. Benefits and pay are good, but is not equitable at all to the amount of work you do.

Advice to Management

Hire more people. Take real action on work life balance rather than the corporate fluff.
