One of the worst companies I’ve worked for. The management is disorganized, and there’s no respect for employees. Workload is heavy, and there’s zero appreciation or career growth. Most decisions are made without logic or transparency. The environment is toxic, and talented people leave within months. Definitely not recommended for anyone who values professional growth or mental peace
