Does Star Entertainment Group offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

Salary is good, fun environment. You can make lots of friends. Career development. Great HR and training available.

Cons

Alot of management are fantastic. Some other senior managers ruin it for what values the company is trying to instill. It's a shame really as the company is amazing. It's a very fast paced and challenging environment. Can be exciting but you are expected to work extra long hours with no extra pay. Because you are on salary. Im talking 20+ hours above 40hrs a week most weeks. This was a real let down as there is zero work/life balance and it's frowned upon if you leave on time. Ultimately the position and pay wasn't worth the sacrifice.

Advice to Management

Encourage taking normal breaks and leaving work on time when the option is there. We will stay when we have too without you asking. It's not enjoyable being worked to the bone. Life, physical and mental health are at stake.

This was a real let down as there is zero work/life balance and it's frowned upon if you leave on time.
