The interview process was long and time-consuming, initially, it was phone screening following by a case study which was followed by a video conferencing interview which was then followed by an onsite interview. The whole process took about 3 months.
About 8-10 days later, I was notified by the recruiter that I'm not select for the position, I asked the hiring manager that I respect their decision and would like to receive some feedback that could help me to improve myself as a person and as professional which I never received :(
The only concern that I have in this case is HR should show some respect towards potential candidates If someone is investing its time and energy, he/she deserves at least some constructive feedback rather than a single-line email from the recruitment agency about you not being selected.
Please have the decency to show some respect towards other people's time/energy.
