We had a quick phoner, followed by an in-person interview. There was great interest in finding out about my last employer. I met with one person in HR and one of of the Development team leaders. They asked a lot about my style of project managing, which was perhaps the hardest question since I've only worked at one agency and so, it was difficult to assess/communicate. All said, it was a fair question and I thoughts none of their questions were off-base or annoying. None of that "Where do you see yourself in 5 years." Then I was asked to specifically say how I handled projects. I felt the interview went well but it's a numbers game. I didn't get a callback but I didn't feel it was personal.
