Great experience, very open! Initial phone interview took care of work experience and technology experience. In person interview was more about aspirations, the ideal team I'd like to work for, salary expectations, and things of the like.
I got first phone interview. General HR round. HR will just ask you about your preferences of availability and salary. Its a remote position. Further, they will move an employee to a technical round.
