Very thorough interview process that was well done. Started out with a quick phone interview, then an onsite interview with several members of the leadership team. After the interview, I was taken on a tour of the facility. The leadership team was able to answer all of the questions that I had to my satisfaction.

Screening, online panel and then site tour. Alot of behavior questions and are looking for Star method. It was a very long process as it took over a month. Not fast moving

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 3M
Interview
Panel style with 2 rounds. Fairly straightforward and easy to talk to. Did a tour around the plant and got to see what areas the job was related to and also speak with production.
After a screening interview, i was interviewed by a panel of three employees followed by two engineers who would have been my colleagues. It was a long morning but engaging.
