This goes like the usual interview process, the Initial interview, the recruitment associate will ask basic questions about the applicant, such as the previous working experience and why does the applicant wants to be part of the company, follow up questions are based on the applicants answers, if the applicant passes the initial, they will wait for the written exam, after that, the recruitment associate will endorse the applicant for language assessment test, if passed, then the last step would be the final interview.
