The interview process was effective in ensuring both parties could evaluate each other - but the time commitment from the candidate is a very large one. I would recommend they trim down the number of people to meet with. My biggest issue is that after going through one of the last rounds, I did not get a response when promised, then got a late text from the recruiter saying they went in another direction. No explanation or formal notification. If you are going to ask someone to invest 6-7 hours in an interview process, present a QBR deck and do a 30/60/90, it would be wise to at least offer insight as to why they were not selected.
