I applied online. I interviewed at AARP in May 2020
Interview
All interviews were behavioral interviews. There were two rounds. First, there was an HR round. The recruiter spoke very politely and wanted to know more about me and why I think I am a good fit for the role. Next round was the panel interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AARP (Chicago, IL) in July 2018
Interview
After sending my application in, a member of the talent acquisition team reached out and conducted a 30 min screening call. Then, I interviewed with the supervisor for the position I applied for via phone. I had one more call with the supervisor's boss, and was offered the position.
