The interview process was quite lengthy - from application to offer date it was about 3 months. Completely worth it. They want to make sure that you are the right fit and it also gives you insight into how processes work here. Once you’re hired you realize why they are so discerning.

Interview
Interview process was short, however I could tell everything was scripted and it was a “check, check, check” conversation. Recruiter interview felt like I could’ve said anything and been passed on to the next interview. Almost felt like just going through the process, which didn’t make me want to pursue the job even though I was asked to continue interviewing with other members of the team.
Very good interview process. They made me feel very comfortable as I tend to get nervous.they started with a bit of background on their role and experience at ADP and we went on to discuss my history.
