I just walked in and spoke to the store manager briefly after handing her my resume. Had a full interview later that day then 2nd part was to see how I did on the sales floor. Overall hiring process was pretty quick.

Group interview; it was a very casual and comfortable interview as the manager was very friendly and humorous. I applied online and on the same day I got the opportunity to do an interview. The manager would ask us questions and each of us would take turns answering; the manager also addressed their experiences and why they wanted to be apart of Aldo.
